How Does Our Process Work?


Step 1. Getting to know your business.
We take the time to talk to you and work out your requirements, allowing us to work diligently to fulfill your brief, using a mixture of recruitment methods to ensure your vacancy is advertised broadly and seen by as wide an audience as possible. We act as business partners to our clients to gain a solid understanding of your needs and advise on the most appropriate strategy for your vacancy.

Step 2. Your Consultant
One of our expert consultants will be assigned to each of your vacancies, so you will have a single point of contact throughout the recruitment process. They will work to meet the objectives set out in your brief and will keep you informed of each strategy we are using.


Step 3. Your shortlisted candidates
We will meet the best of the most suitable candidates for a face-to-face pre-screening meeting. We will get to know them and understand their requirements, and assess their suitability for your role. The information presented to candidates at this stage is always agreed with you first, and we will work with you to understand how you want the role and opportunity presented to them. We will then provide you with a short-list of fully-screened, profiled and qualified candidates who meet your requirements with a summary of key information to make life even easier for you or your hiring manager.

Step 4. Interviewing and selection
We will help coordinate interviews with selected candidates and take feedback from both you and the candidate to move the process forward and begin the process of selecting your new hire. We offer all or our clients the option to interview on our premises if they require, and can assist you throughout the entire interview process

Step 5. Client and candidate feedback
We provide feedback for our clients based around feedback from interviewed candidates, what they thought of the role, salary and interview process. This helps our clients to make the right decision when it comes to hiring the perfect candidate. We like to offer our candidates as much feedback as we can about why they may have been successful or unsuccessful during their interview to help them move swiftly into their new role or to assist them with future interviews.
